We store the enquiry messages you choose to send so staff can reply and discuss destinations and equipment. You do not need to provide identity numbers, banking passwords or payment details. An enquiry is not a booking.

Necessary cookies link conversations to the same browser. Anonymous browser identifiers measure visits, time on site and enquiry clicks. Visit statistics are kept for 30 days. Conversations inactive for over 30 days are removed during later chat-data maintenance. Clearing cookies may prevent access to past chats.

Messages are viewed through a password-protected support dashboard. Their contents are not sent to advertising platforms. To request correction or deletion, contact staff in your chat. The operator must add its real identity and privacy contact before launch.

Visit statistics and enquiry clicks do not prove a booking, payment or completed trip.

Photos and audio you send are stored for your enquiry and can be accessed by your browser session and authorised staff. Attachments are available for 30 days; expired files are removed during subsequent uploads. Microphone permission is requested only when you choose to record. Your language preference is stored in this browser.
